PACS class working through scenarios on the mat
The full PACS catalogue

Seven programs. One framework.

Every PACS program starts in the same place: a conversation about what you're actually worried about, and what shape of training will fit. Below is the full catalogue, ordered by the programs we run most often.

01

Self-Defense

Who it's for

Adults and teens, all fitness levels.

The PACS combatives system is built on movement economy and decision-making under pressure. Students learn to handle the situations that come up most often: wrist grabs, parking-lot follows, chokes, ground escapes, and weapons defence. The framework integrates Goju Shorin, Jaka-do, and Tae Kwon Do alongside law-enforcement and military training, so each student leaves with a personal safety strategy that fits their body and lifestyle.

Educational Courses

Who it's for

Companies, schools, civic groups, faith communities, parents, and individuals.

PACS educational courses focus on the awareness pillar. These are the conversations and frameworks that prevent a situation from becoming physical. Topics include situational awareness, human-trafficking identification, sexual harassment response, workplace de-escalation, and personal-security literacy for new graduates, professionals, and parents. Delivered in person and online.

Human Trafficking and Abduction Prevention

Who it's for

Parents, school staff, hospitality and transport teams, civic and faith leaders, individuals.

The PACS human-trafficking program teaches what to actually look for and what to do about it. Topics include the recognizable patterns of grooming and recruitment, lures used in public spaces and online, the early warning signs in a child's behavior, what to report and to whom, and survivor-aware response if you spot a situation in progress. Designed for parents, school staff, hospitality and transport workers, civic groups, and individuals.

04

Home Safety and Security Dynamics

Who it's for

Homeowners, renters, and families anywhere in the United States.

The PACS home-security walkthrough is a methodical pass through entry points, sightlines, lighting, and blind spots, followed by a tailored response plan and a family drill. Delivered in person at your home in the Pensacola or DMV area, or virtually anywhere in the United States. Most clients describe it as 'the conversation we should have had years ago.'

Firearms Safety and Instruction

Who it's for

First-time owners, permit candidates, experienced shooters who want a stress-tested refresher.

PACS firearms instruction starts with the safety habits that survive a stress response: holster discipline, muzzle awareness, draw mechanics, and decision-making under simulated pressure. Curriculum covers permit-prep, defensive use of force law, and live-fire fundamentals. Available privately and in small groups in both Pensacola and the DMV.

Group, Private, and Corporate Training

Who it's for

Companies, schools, civic groups, faith communities, private groups of friends or family.

PACS scopes each engagement to the specific concerns your team faces. Past sessions have covered front-desk de-escalation, traveling-employee safety, campus awareness, and bring-your-team training intensives. Available in person at our Pensacola and Prince George's County locations, on-site at your venue, and online for distributed teams.

Family Safety and Security

Who it's for

Parents, guardians, and families with children of any age.

PACS family programs are built around the conversations parents struggle to start: how to talk to a 6-year-old about strangers without scaring them, how to coach a teenager through a peer-pressure situation, and how to keep awareness alive when the household is busy. Sessions can include parents only, parents plus kids, or full-family workshops.

The first pillar

Awareness: the curriculum behind the conversation.

The awareness pillar runs across every PACS program, but it's also taught on its own as a standalone curriculum for individuals, families, and organisations.

It's the layer most schools skip. We make it the foundation.

  • Reading environments

What 'the vibe of a room' actually means in measurable behavioural cues.

  • Pre-attack indicators

The patterns predators show before they commit to a move.

  • Verbal de-escalation

Scripts and posture for the moments before things turn physical.

  • Boundary-setting

How to say no and mean it with your voice and body language.

  • Movement habits

Walking, parking, transit. Small habits that compound over a lifetime.

  • Awareness at home

Family rituals that keep the household alert without making it anxious.
